Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Spotminders account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
